A winery that opened in Kosaka in October of 2017, with a dedication to winemaking that blends four kinds of domestic Yamabudo grape varieties, based on a hybrid between the Japanese wine specialties of Yamabudo and Shokoshi. Featuring a deep taste, solid richness, and rough yet rich acidity. Tours available with advance reservation.
