It has been making soy sauce and miso using local abundant water for more than 150 years since its establishment in 1867. In 2018, it opened a cafe and art gallery, and it also offers a brewery tour that is rare for miso and soy sauce breweries. On the tour, you can compare the taste of different soy sauce and miso.
