Wafu-yado Okabe-sou is a hot spring lodge characterized by its unassumingly simple exterior. The lodge’s baths are well known for the views of Japanese gardens that they provide. Guests can enjoy delicious cuisine such as Akita’s local specialty Kiritanpo Nabe Soup, and well as seasonal river fish, mountain vegetables, local Kadzu beef, Hachimatai pork, and more.
