This is the ruin of Kubota castle which was established by Load Satake who had been transferred from Hitachi . You can learn the history of the Akita clan from Omote-mon (main gate), Osumi-yagura (turret), Satake Shiryokan (historical museum) and Omonogashira-bansho (guard post). The park showcases beautiful scenery of flowers in each season. The beauty of the landscape design is also a visual highlight.
