Producing miso and soy sauces since 1855. Large wooden barrels, a stone koji production room, old-fashioned wooden pails, and other tools are still in use to this day, as we continue to make natural products the old-fashioned way, rooted in our local area. Production viewing is possible depending on the season. Inner storehouse is registered as a Tangible Cultural Property.
