This event takes place at the Tazawako Ski Resort, which overlooks Lake Tazawa, Japan's deepest lake. Here you'll find Hibari Kamakura, paper lanterns and other winter rituals celebrated in Senboku all performed in one place. Visitors can always escape the cold by taking a dip in one of the many hot springs located around the ski resort.
