Kasin-tei Shirahama is a natural hot spring lodge founded on the banks of Lake Tazawa in 1924. The atmosphere here is relaxed and quiet. The head chef of the restaurant has developed an excellent menu that uses locally produced ingredients, including fresh picked vegetables each morning.
