Oshira-sama is another name for Hakusan Shrine, and this 200 year old weeping cherry found within its precincts comes in at 10m tall, and has a trunk 3.65m in circumference. The tree is also lit up during its blooming period between late April and early May, bringing about an abundance of visitors.
