Mt. Kanpuzan Rotating Observatory

寒風山回転展望台

Mt. Kanpuzan Rotating Observatory features a rotating room which gives visitors a full, uninterrupted panoramic view of the surrounding area. One full rotation takes 13 minutes to complete. Inside the building there is also a restaurant with a spectacular view, and a shopping plaza with souvenirs from Akita and Oga.
