A roadside station located between Akita and the famous samurai residence sightseeing locale of Kakunodate. In addition to processed goods and local product sales of black beans, agricultural products, mountain vegetables, and pickled smoked daikon, visitors can also check out the pottery experience at the neighboring facility.
