Kaneyu, built in 1937, is registered as a National Cultural Property. Go together with Akita Maiko to take a tour of the building, which was constructed with top wood processing techniques and natural Akita cedar. One group (up to 10 people): 33,500 yen. Reservation required by 3 days prior. English language support available.
