Kimura Sake Brewery
Founded approximately 400 years ago in Yuzawa, Kimura Brewery is the second oldest brewery in Akita Prefecture. They are a brewery that is known for the hard work and careful manual labor that goes into their product. Their most famous label is the "Fukukomachi", which was awarded the prestigious Champion Sake award at the International Wine Challenge 2012.
