It is a cafe and shop opened in July 2019, renovating an old private house with a warehouse. The shop sells Japanese sake "Yuki no Bosha", as well as pickles made using "sake lees" that can be obtained during sake brewing. The café offers bread baked using the sake brewing water and roast chicken seasoned with salt and koji.
